Your business runs on you. That's the drain.
You built it the way everyone told you to. More hours. More decisions. More of yourself. It worked for twenty years. Now your body sends the bill, and the business still expects the 40-year-old who built it.
I find what drains you. Then we redesign the business so it carries you, and you get your energy and clarity back.
30 minutes on video, in your time zone. We meet face to face before we work together. You leave with a clear recommendation, or an honest "nothing here fits you."
Opening with 5 founding clients"He always has impressive insights and the ability to guide me in the right direction when things go wrong, or sometimes even when everything goes wrong."
Laszlo Erdos, founder of an AI automation company
In a forest, a single root dries out in a hard summer. A web of roots shares the water. Your business works the same way.
Built for owners around the world. Run from Transylvania.
Does this sound like your week?
- Your team brings you every question. Even the ones they could answer themselves.
- Vacation means the laptop comes along. And the phone. And the guilt.
- The business only grows when you add hours. You're out of hours.
- You used to recover over a weekend. Now a whole weekend isn't enough.
- At 3am you're running numbers nobody else in the company is running.
Nothing is wrong with your drive. You're the most overused field on your own property.
What does the drain cost you?
$82,800
a year of your time spent on work below your pay grade (46 working weeks).
That's before we count what it costs your health, your sleep and the people at home.
One week of the drain costs you $1,800. The Ground package costs $2,490 once. That's less than 2 weeks of the drain.
The industry's answer is always more.
- More discipline
- A 5am routine
- Another app
- Another hire to manage
- Another supplement stack
Nature never fixed a tired field by adding more.
A field that never gets a rest gives less every year, until it gives nothing. Nobody fixes that field with motivation. You stop the drain. You restore the conditions. Then the field produces again.
We've watched that happen on our ground in Transylvania since 2004. Then at 51 my own system failed, and I found out the same laws had been running my body and my business the whole time. Nobody sent me the memo.
So I built the method I wish I'd had.
Diagnosis before prescription.
Most owners repair the wrong corner. They fix the calendar when the problem sits in the money. They hire when the problem sits in how decisions get made. So we read the soil first.
Read the soil
We look at you and the business as one living system, across seven corners. You get a written diagnosis that names the laws being broken. Plain words.
Stop the drain
We remove before we add. Meetings, approvals, clients, products and habits that take more than they give. This is where the first hours come back, before you spend a cent on new people.
Build the root web
Decision rules your team can use. Delegations that stick. A calendar with rest built in. The business keeps growing while you carry less of it.
Same owner. Same business. Different week.
Before: 50 hours of work. Only 9 need you.
After: 30 hours of work. 20 hours back to you.
Example week to show the idea. Your own week gets mapped in the diagnosis.
Ninety days from now.
An ordinary week, three months after we start working together.
Nothing is on fire.
You open the laptop. Friday's problem got solved without you. Your team used the decision rules, and nobody sat waiting for your answer.
You're asleep.
The spreadsheet that used to run in your head at night has gone quiet. You wake up rested. You'd forgotten what that feels like.
The afternoon is yours.
A long walk. A round of golf. Picking up the grandkids from school. And you still have the energy to enjoy it.
You're at the table. All of you.
No phone next to the plate. Your partner notices first and says it out loud: "You're back."
Two weeks in Hawaii.
The phone stays in the drawer. You come home and nothing broke. The business barely noticed you were gone.
Your business is worth more.
It no longer depends on one person, and a successor or a buyer sees that right away. You plan the next decade with a clear head.
Same business. The drain is gone.
You're back, and everybody can see it.
No slides. A written diagnosis of your business.
Two example pages, so you know what you're buying. Your own report is written for your business alone.
Where the load sits
Owner, 61. Construction company, 14 people. Invented example.
Law 1: A single root dries out.
Every price, every hire and every client complaint runs through you. Your team has learned that asking is safer than deciding. So they ask. That's 3 hours a day of your time, and it's the first thing we stop.
The laws of this company
One page. Printed, signed, on the wall. Invented example.
- Any decision under $2,000 is made by the person closest to it.
- Nobody waits longer than one day for the owner's answer.
- The owner works Fridays only by choice.
Example pages with invented details. Your report names your own corners, your own laws and your own drain list.
Pick the depth that fits where you are.
One-time packages. All of it runs asynchronously, in your time zone. Everything you get is yours to keep, written down.
Founding-client prices for the first five owners. In return, you let me write up what changed, with real numbers, as a short case study. Your name appears only if you agree.

"when things go wrong, or sometimes even when everything goes wrong."
"Daniel has coached me throughout the successful growth of my AI company. He always has impressive insights and the ability to guide me in the right direction when things go wrong, or sometimes even when everything goes wrong. He helps me maintain the right perspective and never underestimate what can ultimately be achieved if I improve a little every day."

Who this is for. And who it isn't.
This is for you if
- You own or run a business, and you're 50 or older.
- The business works, and it depends too much on you.
- You have the money and the room to act on what you learn.
- You want the next ten years to be better than the last ten.
This isn't for you if
- You're in a mental health crisis. Please see a doctor first. Come back when the ground is steadier.
- You want someone to run the business for you.
- You're looking for growth hacks or more hustle.
- You aren't ready to change anything yet.
What owners ask first
Is this coaching?
No. A coach helps you get more out of yourself. I'm a consultant. I diagnose the system and help you redesign it, so you carry less and the business carries more.
Is this therapy?
No. If you're in a mental health crisis, please talk to a doctor first. This work is for owners who are tired and stuck, and still able to act.
Do you give financial advice?
No. I trained as a financial advisor years ago, and it helps me read a business. Investment, tax and legal questions go to your own advisors. I'm glad to work alongside them.
I'm in the US. You're in Transylvania. Does that work?
Yes. We meet once on video first, in your time zone. After that, the work is asynchronous. You write or record when it suits you, morning or midnight, and I reply within one working day. No 6am calls. No meetings squeezed between yours. If you ever want a live call, we set it in your time zone. Most of my clients are in the US.
What if my business is just me?
Then the drain is easier to find and faster to fix. Root is usually the right start.
How much of my time does it take?
Root takes about four hours over two weeks. Ground takes about ten hours over eight weeks. Legacy runs over four months at your pace. Because the work is async, you choose when those hours happen.
Why are the prices this low?
Because you'd be a founding client. The first five owners get this price, and in return I write up what changed as a short case study, with your name only if you agree. After that, prices go up.
What happens on the free call?
We meet for 30 minutes on video. You tell me about the business. I don't work this closely with someone I've never seen, and you shouldn't either. I tell you which package fits, or that none does. No pressure. No sales sequence afterwards.
Thirty minutes. You'll know which corner is carrying the load.
We meet on video, in your time zone. You leave with a clear next step.
